Payment confirms your order. Once your order and payment is received there will be a 1-3 day processing period.
We will allow 48 hours for payment once orders have been confirmed.

Yes! Our pick up point is in Durban. If you’ve opted for collection in Durban please allow 1-3 days for us to process & prepare your order for collection. We will then provide you with further details.
Exchanges can be made within 7 days of receiving your order at the customer’s courier cost, provided:
– Garments must be returned in original packaging.
– There must be no visible signs of use.
– Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing any parts will not be accepted for exchange.
NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE unless items were received damaged.
In this case, we will need an image of the item clearly showing the issue with the garment before a return is arranged. This would need to be logged with us within 3 days of receiving the item.
To arrange the exchange/return please contact us via DM and we will send through the details required to do the exchange/return.
